20 Minutes is All I Need

Just 20 minutes and I feel like a new person! And what’s even better – IT IS REALLY OK to take that downtime. Close your office door, go out to the car, turn off the computer…take a nap.

I am definitely feeling like I need a nap today –  especially after a few nights this week of horrible sleep/hard workouts/long days and heading to see the circus tonight with the kids in uptown Charlotte.

How are you sleeping? Do you get enough sleep? Do you realize the benefits of what just a 20 minute power nap can do for you?
