5 Days to Improve Your Health
What’s happening?? It’s Monday. It’s a new month and I have faith that spring is on its way!!
If you missed it or are not on Facebook, starting today I am hosting a FREE 5 Day Clean Eating Challenge to kick off this month, help participants change some poor eating habits, learn some new recipes and feel fantastic!!!
You too can still join us. If you are on Facebook, all you need to do is:
- make sure we are friends on FB
- like the Fit Envy NC Fitness & Nutrition page and comment that you are IN!
- tag your friends who would be interested in joining us!

The good thing is you can do this challenge at ANY time – but there are HUGE benefits to joining the group as we go through this week together.
Maybe you are wondering what all this CLEAN EATING thing involves?! If so, here are the basic rules for our challenge:
*Absolutely NO processed food, NO fast food and NO white flour foods (rice, bread, pasta).
*Water, water, water. Drink your water!
*You must follow the entire program as suggested to get the best results! The meal plans are set as a specific guide. If you need to make modifications due to allergies, intolerance or likes/dislikes, I am happy to help you with that. Contact me and I will help you find foods that work for you.
*Success comes from holding yourself accountable! You need to check in daily and engage in the group!
*You must choose AT LEAST one measurable! I suggest pictures and measurements…that is where you will notice the biggest difference. But you can also do weight. Tracking and being accountable to yourself is most important.
*Please complete the 5 days. No backing out. You are only cheating yourself if you don’t finish. And if you want to go further – I am here to support you!!
*As we move through the next week, we will all be looking to each other for support and we are all in this together. If you slip up, fess up and continue on! We all have “bumps” in the road; but this is ONLY 5 days out of your life and hopefully the beginning of a new one ☺
*Then, PAY IT FORWARD! This challenge begins with you and your will to break bad eating habits and establish better ones. Inspire others to do the same or refer them to me to help find a program that works for them!
*Let’s do this and fuel our bodies with good, clean food that will help us function better daily!*
