Anytime Black Bean Chili

1lb ground organic turkey
2 cans organic black beans
1 can whole kernel corn (I get mine at Trader Joes)
3 organic carrots, peeled and chopped
1 medium sweet onion, chopped into bite-sized pieces
3 stalks organic celery, chopped
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 32 oz can crushed tomatoes w/ basil
Coconut oil
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp unsweetened dark chocolate powder (I get mine at Trader Joes or use raw cacao)
2 tsp cumin

Saute all cut vegetables and garlic in coconut oil (I use a cast iron skillet) and place in your crockpot. Cook ground turkey in the same skillet that you used for the veggies (less dishes = WIN!). Add the turkey and all other ingredients to your crock pot. Cook on high for 6 hours.

TIP: Seasoning amounts will vary based on taste. Serve topped with diced jalapenos, plain organic Greek yogurt, sharp cheddar cheese, or diced avocados and your favorite hot sauce.
