Apple Coconut Oatmeal
The perfect complex carbs and fiber combo to keep you full all morning long.
1/2 cup oats
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup milk, almond milk or coconut milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp Pink Himalayan salt
1/2 apple, chopped
1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp shredded unsweetened coconut
Heat oatmeal, water & seasoning in microwave safe bowl for 2 minutes. Add milk and stir – heat for another 30 seconds to 1 minute. Add more milk/water for desired consistency.
Top with coconut, chia seeds, and chopped apple!
Enjoy with your favorite cup of coffee or tea.
