April Showers Bring on New Challenges!

Well, April is here. Spring weather is hopefully here to stay. April Fool’s Day is behind us. Time to get busy.

I need some accountability. Who doesn’t? Accountability is good for everyone. And I love a challenge. So here is deal…anyone is welcome to join me OR just follow along for the next 30 days and see what happens 🙂

For this month, I am committing to the Burn Boot Camp #Commit2Fit challenge.
If you are not a Burn member already, you can join this for the next 30 days for only $30!!  This challenge is exactly what got me hooked on Burn a year ago. And in all honesty, I have gained so much more in my life than great workouts because of this challenge and my decision to join this community.Commit To WHAT?

I am using my FitBit Charge HR2 to track my steps. We have all heard the 10,000 steps a day “rule” but if you have a FitBit you can set your own goals in settings. Did I mention I love a challenge??  My goal is set at 11,000/day.

I will use MyFitnessPal to track my nutrition and energy intake, expenditure and macros. If you are using MyFitnessPal, let me know so we can connect!

AND, I will sign up for my next race…not sure what this will be but I am open to suggestions!
