1 cup almond milk
6-8 ice cubes
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 tbsp plain organic Greek yogurt
1 tbsp cashew or almond butter
1 tbsp oats
1 tsp cinnamon
Blend all ingredients together in a blender. Enjoy!
TIP: If consistency is too thick, add a little water. To decrease carb content and increase fiber, swap oats with ground flaxseed.
