Bullet Coffee

  • one cup of hot coffee
  • 1/4 – 1/2 tsp organic coconut oil or organic butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp organic coconut sugar (for some added sweetness)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk

Put all in the blender (I use a NutriBullet) and blend for about 30 seconds.
You will end up with a perfectly frothy latte – much healthier than Starbucks, low calories, no added artificial sweeteners AND the coconut oil makes an awesome lip balm on cold mornings!
