Creamy Green Garlic Dressing
½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
3 cloves crushed garlic
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
1 tsp Himalayan Salt
½ tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp raw honey (or pure maple syrup)
Blend all ingredients in a blender and store in the fridge for up to a week. Enjoy over salads or roasted veggies.
