Creamy Honey Mustard Dip
1/2 cup organic plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp organic mayo
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp raw local honey
pink Himalayan salt and fresh cracked pepper
Combine all ingredients well in a medium-sized bowl. Refrigerate for 30 mins before using.
Tip: Use as a dip for raw veggies or as a sauce over roasted vegetables. This deliciousness can also be used for salad dressing or drizzled over your grilled chicken.
