Day 1 in the Books…
Back to blogging.
Thanks so much to all of you who took the time to send me messages from my blog post last week and motivate me to start writing again <3 XOXO
Here we are. Day 2.
If you are not following my Fit Envy NC Fitness page on Facebook, then you missed my post from yesterday morning. Let me share it with you, so that you know where this blog is headed and can decide if you want to ride along or jump ship now. 😉
I finished watching this documentary last night.
Starting today, I am going to commit to going vegetarian for 2 weeks – to see how I feel.
Will it be hard? Probably.
Can I do it? Absolutely.
A lot of this stuff I knew…a lot of it I learned.Â
VERY eye opening. Regardless of how you choose to eat, everyone should watch this. Lindsey Wood Fisher Jay Fisher Yemi Alakija Harry WoodIf you wish to share your opinion, keep it positiveÂ
Watch for blog posts and updates over the next 2 weeks….Happy Hump Day
The testimonies in this documentary are undeniable.
However you choose to eat is completely up to you. I am just of the opinion that we all need to educate ourselves to the best of our ability, to be as proactive about our health as possible, because our medical system and most typical Western medicine doctors aren’t doing us any favors by prescribing, prescribing, prescribing…
I have already had several questions about getting enough protein. I will blog on protein, carb and fat intake in the next few days. I will tell you that yesterday (Day 1), I did get much less protein than on an average day for me. However, strictly assessing my exercise and caloric intake from yesterday, I got enough for what my body needs for optimal recover and repair.
So, that is basically my story and I am sticking to it. For at least the next two weeks. Why not try it? I want to feel what kind of changes I notice in my own body by eating this way. This is in no way shape or form about weight loss for me; purely about health and wellness.
Feel free to share your thoughts and comment if you have watched the documentary.
As always, stay positive and be well, friends 🙂
