Day 1 – Here We Go!

10 days! No problem – we can do ANYTHING we set our minds to for 10 days!! The point of this challenge to to curb that sweet tooth and make yourselves more aware of hidden sugars, just how much sugar you are consuming AND how much better you will feel without it!
Hot coffee ?☕️?☕️
This is how many of us start the day & there are health benefits associated with drinking coffee – UNLESS it is loaded up with sugar, artificial sweeteners and creamers.
For the next 10 days at least – it’s black or add some almond milk or cashew milk , extracts, spice (cinnamon).
Look at your labels! What’s in your creamer? Keep in mind, for most a serving size is 1 tablespoon (which is not as much as you may think!)
