2 large, ripe avocados
1 tsp cumin
1 clove garlic diced
Pink Himalayan salt & fresh black pepper to taste
½ tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 cup diced tomato
2 tbsp diced red onion
Mash avocado and fold in all other ingredients OR for a creamier consistency, add all ingredients to your blender and combine to desired consistency.
Enjoy with blue corn chips, tortilla chips or veggies.
Serve on top of eggs, potatoes, grilled meats or veggies.
