Fresh Mango Salsa
1 large mango, cut into very small pieces
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Juice of 1 lime
Pink salt & pepper to taste
1/8 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp Peruvian Chili Lime seasoning (or chili powder)
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Combine all ingredients into a bowl. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving with organic tortilla chips, on top of tacos, grilled chicken, burger or salad.
TIP: Add organic black beans for extra protein and serve as a side dish.
