Green Smoothie Bowl
8-10 ice cubes
1 frozen banana
3/4 cup water or almond milk
1 huge handful of organic baby spinach
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (post workout I use AfterBurn)
1 tsp spirulina
2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
Blend all ingredients in a blender or Ninja and top with fresh berries, cocoa nibs or homemade granola.
