Gut Check!

WHAT? Yes it is true that approximately 75% of our immune system is in the gut!

So if our digestive systems aren’t working properly, we have a much higher probability of getting sick.

Think about this…
Do you ever experience lack of energy, inability to sleep or stay asleep, reoccurring colds and/or allergies, constipation, bloating, skin rashes, muscle pain, diarrhea, headaches, etc? You name it, it could be coming from an unhappy and unhealthy intestinal tract. If you do not have a healthy habitat happening in your gut you are much more susceptible to it all.
