5-day-free-challengeWelcome Challengers!!

I am SUPER excited that you have made yourselves a priority and committed to this challenge for 5 days next week. I am here to help each one of you. My hope is that you have an amazing experience, learn something new, change a poor habit or two and reach your personal goals!

5 days is a great jump start to making better choices when it comes to your nutrition. A well fed body will bring not only better health, but happiness and success into your life. Take a moment to name what success with this challenge would look like for you, write it on a sticky note (stick it on your bathroom mirror) and then go after it!

Here are the rules for the challenge:

To get the best results, you must do your best and forget the rest 🙂
Follow the entire program, ask questions along the way and stick with it for the 5 days! The meal plans are set up as a guide. If you need to make modifications due to allergies, intolerances or likes/dislikes, I am happy to help you with that.
Contact me and I will help you find foods that work for you.

Success comes from holding yourself accountable. Staying accountable means checking in daily with the group and posting in comments. If you have a question, someone else probably does too.

Choose AT LEAST one measurable. I suggest pictures and measurements…that is where you will notice the biggest difference. But you can also do weight.

Please complete the 5 days. No backing out. You are only cheating yourself if you don’t finish. And if you want to go further – I am here to support you!!

As we move through the next week, we will all be looking to each other for support and we are all in this together.  If you slip up, fess up and continue on!  We all have “bumps” in the road; but this is ONLY 5 days out of your life and hopefully the beginning of a new one ☺

Then, PAY IT FORWARD!  This challenge begins with you and your will to break poor eating habits and establish better ones. Inspire others around you to do the same or refer them to me to help find a program that works for them!

*NO processed food, NO fast food and NO white flour foods (rice, bread, pasta).

*You need to drink WATER!  ½ your body weight in ounces per day. NO soda, alcohol or fruit juices. Green or herbal teas or adding lemon/lime/orange slices to your water is fine.

*Coffee drinkers – you may have one cup. No added sweeteners.

*Any green veggie can be replaced with another green veggie (ie – green beans for broccoli) BUT they must be fresh, not canned. It is always best to buy local produce if you can! Squash is delicious and in season right now.
