How beautiful is that? and truthful, isn’t it? It REALLY is all about mindset.

How successful you are, how much you love, what you commit to, how you spend your time, where you set your goals… you ARE in life. Cup half full or cup half empty. It’s the choices we make. It’s our focus. It’s our priority. It’s all mindset.

I absolutely love these daily glimpses of life that provoke deeper thought.

A priority for me this year was to find flexibility and openness within my body – to make me ultimately feel stronger and more grounded.  I have changed my daily behavior and spent the last 6 weeks incorporating PiYo into my daily routine. Just one of my goals with this program was to be able to do a full split comfortably…….
