Roasted Savory Sweet Potatoes
2 large organic sweet potatoes (cut into bite-sized cubes)
Sea salt & fresh ground pepper
1/2 tbsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 1/2 tbsp organic coconut oil or olive oil
Preheat oven to 400.
Combine potatoes, seasonings and dry roast.
Remove from oven and drizzle with oil, stirring to coat potatoes completely.
Enjoy as a side dish or over mixed greens.
