Every Morning Smoothie

1 cup ice
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp almond butter (or 2 tbsp PB2)
Unsweetened vanilla almond milk (about 1/2 cup or to desired consistency)
1 scoop protein powder (Garden of Life or Afterburn) vanilla or chocolate
**Optional: 1 tsp maca root powder AND/OR 1 tsp raw cacao)

Blend all to desired consistency and fuel your body with the appropriate carbs, proteins and healthy fats to keep you energized and full.
