Eating clean is a term that represents nourishing your body with nutrients that it needs and knows how to use so that your body and metabolism are working for you and not against you.

A metabolism that is working against you leads to but not limited to weight gain, obesity, hormonal imbalances, pain, injuries, lifestyle diseases, mood fluctuations, and headaches.

When you eat food that your own body recognizes, knows how to assimilate and digest you feel energized and stronger, think more clearly and function better.

We are all very different and what works for one may not work for the other.
