I began my journey with Beachbody in 2010 when I needed options and diversity in my fitness routine. I needed an effective program that I could access in a small window of time when my kids were sleeping or between work meetings. I have done the research and continued to work with Bodi because to date, these programs continue to challenge all levels of fitness and deliver results.
