Fitness & Corrective Exercise

All aspects of fitness are essential for balance and functionality.

In a world where we are constantly stressed, physically, mentally and emotionally, proper form and exercise programs are essential for each individual program.

Daily stress endured over time leads to imbalances which equate to pain and injury. It is necessary to address all pain, muscle imbalances and/or tightness before engaging in any exercise program. Failure to do so will only lead to increased pain and risk of serious injury. Think of something as simple as carrying a heavy bag on one shoulder to school day after day for years.

Corrective exercise consists of instruction and accountability programming for increased range of motion and flexibility, decreased pain and tightness.
