Social Distance Treats (cuz you won’t want to share)
Time to talk quarantine treats!
The good news is that NONE of these will de-rail your nutrition unless of course, you eat the entire batch!
Quarantine Crack (inspired by Burn trainer, Ashley Beasley)
**DISCLAIMER: I could not stop eating this. Serve yourself a bowl, and step away**
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 nut butter (almond, peanut, cashew, sunflower)
1 tbsp coconut oil
8 cups rice Chex
2 scoops protein powder
Melt the first 3 ingredients in microwave in 20-second intervals. Add in one scoop protein powder and mix well, pour mixture over cereal and stir. Add cereal mix to large container top with 1 scoop protein powder and shake. Refrigerate 10 min and serve!

Quarantine Cookies
4 mashed bananas
2 cups oats
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
Top w/ chopped walnuts, pecans, raisins, dried fruit and/or chocolate chips.
Bake on parchment paper-lined baking sheet for 12 minutes.

Quarantine Pudding
1/2 cup chia seeds
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
1 scoop collagen protein powder
2 tsp PB2
Mix all ingredients well and place in the fridge for at least an hour before eating.
And of course, the no-bake protein balls are ALWAYS a staple with the kids in our house!
