1/3 cup organic tahini – it is ground sesame seeds 😉 Juice of 1 medium lemon 1-2 Tbsp 100% pure maple syrup 1 pinch pink salt 1 clove garlic, minced and optional 2-4 T of water – to thin out the dressing Blend together and keep stored in a glass jar in the fridge.
