Fruit & Nut Bowl
1 cup of ice
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen berry blend
1 serving chocolate protein powder of choice (Afterburn or Garden of Life )
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp acai powder
1 large handful of organic baby spinach or kale
1/2 cup – 3/4 cup water or almond milk
Blend all ingredients in a high power blender until combined and creamy.
Top with sliced strawberries, 1-2 tbsp chopped walnuts and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
