Anytime Protein Bowl
2 large handfuls of organic baby spinach
1/2 cup roasted sweet potatoes
1/3 cup organic cottage cheese
1 large organic fried egg
1 slice uncured turkey bacon
2 tbsp Trader Joe’s bruschetta
1/4 sliced avocado
A little bite of this, a little bite of that. This bowl is a little flavor explosion…enjoy!
Tip: I really enjoy savory flavors, so this bowl has curry powder on the cottage cheese and cumin/cinnamon on the roasted sweet potatoes.
