Korean Beef Bowl
In a small bowl combine and set aside:
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp powdered ginger
½ tsp salt & pepper
1/2 cup diced onion
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 lbs organic grass fed ground beef
1/2 cup coconut aminos
2 tsp anchovy paste
1 tbsp GF tamari
4 cups cauliflower rice
In a large skillet, heat diced onion in sesame oil until translucent.
Add 4 cups of cauliflower rice and cook until heated through. Set aside.
In the same skillet, brown the beef and drain grease.
Add coconut aminos (or low sodium soy sauce) anchovy paste and tamari. Combine meat, spice mixture and cauliflower rice to the skillet and heat for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Tip: Serve beef & rice mixture in a bowl over a bed of greens (romaine, spinach, arugula). Top with scallions, hot sauce and/or diced avocado. Enjoy!
