Fresh Berry Citrus Salad
Citrus Honey Dressing:
2 tsp orange zest, minced
4 T fresh orange juice
2 T fresh lemon juice
1 T fresh lime juice
1 T raw local honey
1 tsp finely chopped mint
1 tsp finely chopped basil
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine your choice of any or all (note: organic berries are always your best option)
2 cups strawberries, cut in half
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blackberries
1 cup blueberries
1 cup roughly chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans or a mix)
1 tablespoon finely chopped mint
1 tablespoon finely chopped basil
Pour dressing over fruit mixture and enjoy!
