Cashew Cream Sauce
1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked in boiling water for 5 mins and drained)
3 T fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt, pepper, sage, paprika, oregano – to desired taste
About 1/2 cup milk of choice – to desired consistency (I used almond milk)
Place all ingredients in a blender and combine.
Use over favorite pasta or grilled vegetables.
