– 1 slice of Dave’s Killer Bread – toasted (or your choice of GF toast)
– ½ cup of organic cottage cheese (if you eat dairy, always choose organic when possible)
– Sprinkle of cinnamon sugar (make your own by mixing ½ tsp ground cinnamon and ½ tsp coconut sugar)

Top with fresh berries for added flavor and nutrients

With ¼ cup of blueberries, recipe yields 1 serving: 230 calories, 4g fat, 33g carb, 14g sugar, 6g fiber and 20g protein
